Bio

Dr. Adam Kling is a senior partner in the Los Angeles office. He is a recognized expert and published author on the topics of transformational change, executive integration and transitions, and senior team effectiveness. He has particular expertise in accelerating the performance and capabilities of executives who are at pivotal transition points in their careers and must scale their leadership to meet the demands of a new role or challenge. Additionally, he partners closely with boards, CEOs, and executive teams as they transform their current operating model, integrate an acquisition, and drive innovation.

Adam has a breadth of experience and works effectively with companies of various size, from the Fortune 100 to startups, in industries such as bio-tech, pharma, retail, entertainment, and technology. Adam previously served as the practice leader for RHR International’s Executive Selection and Integration service offering and was involved in building the firm’s Leading Transformational Change practice. Prior to joining RHR International, he held both internal and external consulting positions.

Adam received his bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and a master’s degree from California State University. He also received a master’s degree and PhD in organizational psychology from Alliant International University. When he’s not working, Adam can be found spending time with his family, on the golf course, or snowboarding with his son.
